Join us on Friday, September 13th at 6:00pm in the Bistro 210 for our 3-Course Wine Pairing Dinner featuring seared scallop, rosemary glazed short rib and a delicious peach and maple ice cream dessert.
Course 1: Seared scallop insalata with fresh herbs, blackberry vinaigrette and orange crème fraiche paired with The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc.
Course 2: Short rib of beef with rosemary demi-glace, Sweet Potatoes O'Brien and braised leeks paired with Chateau St. Michelle 'Indian Wells' Cabernet
Course 3: Cinnamon ice cream with grilled peach compote, sugar waffle and local maple syrup paired with Mazza ice wine of Vidal Blanc.
Then on Saturday enjoy tastings from wineries and distilleries throughout the Great Lakes region, including savory delights and the bold taste of vintage-aged cheeses from Cabot Cheese at our Wine and Spirits Festival. Throughout the event, live music will entertain guests while wine tasting and demonstrations provide new knowledge and delicious experiences.
The Uncorked Wine and Spirits Festival is on Saturday, September 14th from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
