Course 1: Seared scallop insalata with fresh herbs, blackberry vinaigrette and orange crème fraiche paired with The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc.
Course 2: Short rib of beef with rosemary demi-glace, Sweet Potatoes O'Brien and braised leeks paired with Chateau St. Michelle 'Indian Wells' Cabernet.
Course 3: Cinnamon ice cream with grilled peach compote, sugar waffle and local maple syrup paired with Mazza ice wine of Vidal Blanc.
