Written Cancellation Policy
Season passes are non-refundable, non-transferable. Ticket Paks are non-refundable, but are transferable.
Written Deposit Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

To redeem your order, please bring the following to the Powderhorn Ticket Office or the Inside Windows of the Moonbeam Ticket Office: - Order confirmation – digital or physical - Photo ID (birth certificate or passport for children) Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable. Ticket Paks are non-refundable, but are transferable. Both are valid only for the current season. 2024 Scenic Lift & Mountain Bike Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the 2024 summer season. Reducing congestion and emissions through ride sharing is important to Solitude, and as such, our winter parking fees are tiered based on vehicle occupancy. Visit solitudemountain.com/transportation to view our current parking rates. Please note that Guardsman Pass, which connects Park City and Solitude, is closed in the winter. UTA Ski Bus offers public transportation to Solitude during winter. For details, please visit rideuta.com/Services/Ski-Bus
