Purchase your lift tickets in advance and save with our online ticket pricing. Advance purchase pricing is based on demand for a specific date. Rates are lowest when they first go on sale and adjust incrementally as reservations are made for a specific date. Rates and availability are subject to change. Surge pricing may apply on dates that approach sold-out capacity. Online lift tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable ticket products. LIFT TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY:
Lift tickets are non-refundable—A credit may be applied for purchases that have not been redeemed (valid for one year from the date of cancellation). To receive a credit, customers must contact guest services before the end of operating hours of the date on which the ticket product was to be redeemed.
CREDITS POLICY:
A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, or retail purchases.
Written Deposit Policy
Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date. Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.
Other Policy
All lift tickets are subject to an additional Resort Fee (5.5%) and a $2 per lift ticket RFID card charge at the time of purchase. All tickets are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Taxes and fees are not included in the price until products are selected.
