General Policy

Housekeeping Services To save on our environment, here at Eagle Ridge Resort, we offer Trash and Towel service by request. Items can be requested by calling or texting us at 218-306-7043. Additional items are also available at our front desk.  For stays of 6 or more nights, we provide full housekeeping—dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed. If you want additional full-service cleanings, you can arrange for them at the desk ($10.00 per service). The washing of dishes is not included in any of our housekeeping options. Smoking For the comfort of our guests and staff, all units at Eagle Ridge Resort are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted anywhere outdoors on the property, please use ashtrays. Guests that have been found to be smoking in guest units will be charged a minimum of $150 for cleaning and deodorizing. Parking All units are provided one parking space, for additional parking guests are asked to park in the main lot by the Registration Office or along the resort property.

Written Cancellation Policy

All reservations are due in full at the time of booking as a deposit for your reservation. If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee. For all reservations canceled less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable We do not accept cancellations due to weather. All cancellations must be processed via our representatives, we do not accept cancellations via email. ---- Vacation Rental Insurance is available with your reservation at the original time of purchase. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage is available for events such as a sickness or injury of yourself, family member, or traveling companion; flight delays due to adverse weather; interruptions of road service; terrorist acts; and mandatory evacuations. Written Deposit Policy

Online reservations require a deposit of the full balance for the stay and/or package at the time of booking.

Check In

Check-In Begins at 4:30 PM - Ask about our mobile check-in options! The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Check-Out is 11:00 AM

Pets Policy

Pet reservations are accepted between May - October. To reserve a pet-friendly unit, please call our Front Desk at 800.360.7666. Unit types include a limited selection of Fireplace Studios and Two Bedroom Condos. There is a $30 per reservation charge for one pet, $50 for two pets. No more than two pets can be registered in the same room. Pet reservations require a completed Terms and Conditions, pets cannot be left in the unit unattended. Birds are not allowed. During the winter season, Eagle Ridge Resort does not allow pets. If a pet is found in a unit, the card on file will be charged a minimum of $200 + tax for the infraction of the policy.
