Policies

General Policy
Parking: All units are provided with one (1) parking space. For additional parking, guests are asked to park in the overflow lots along the resort property. Housekeeping Services: To save on our environment, here at Lutsen Mountains, we offer Trash and Towel service by request. Additional items can be requested by calling or texting 218-306-7043. The washing of dishes is not included in any of our housekeeping options. Smoking: For the comfort of our guests and staff, all units at Eagle Ridge Resort are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted anywhere outdoors on the property, please use ashtrays. Guests that have been found to be smoking in guest units will be charged a minimum of $150 for cleaning and deodorizing.
Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging reservations are date specific. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested by phone 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Written Deposit Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Check In
Check-In Begins at 4:30 PM CST- Ask about our mobile check-in options! The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.

Pets Policy
Dog-friendly units are limited and available May through October only. Eligible unit types include Trailside Studio, One-Bedroom Condo, Elite Condo, and Two-Bedroom Condo. Pet-friendly reservations must be confirmed and approved prior to arrival by calling 218-663-7281. Without prior notice, a dog-friendly room is not guaranteed. A non-refundable $30 nightly fee for up to 2 dogs is applied at check-in. Dogs must always remain leashed and with their owners and may not be left unattended in the unit. Pets are not permitted in food service areas. If a dog is brought without notice, a $300 fee will apply along with any necessary cleaning charges.
Other Policy
All lodging reservations at Eagle Ridge Resort are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%), Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%) and a Regional Lodging Tax (4%) at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are not included in advertised room rates. Lift Tickets Guests of Lutsen Mountains are able to have their lift tickets printed at the Lodging Reservation Desk.
