Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging reservations are tied to the dates selected. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested at least 30 days before arrival (by 5:00 PM) by calling 218-663-7281. A 5% rebooking or cancellation fee will apply. Within 30 days of arrival, all orders are final and are not refundable, creditable, or transferable. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Written Deposit Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Check In
Check-In Begins at 4:30 PM The minimum age to check-in is 21 years old, proof of identity is required for check-in.
Check Out
Check-out is 11:00am.
Pets Policy
There are a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available. There will be an extra charge of $35 per day per room. Pets brought into non-pet rooms will result in a minimum charge of $150+tax for the infraction of the policy. Please call for availability. ADA service dogs are exempt from fees. Allergies: Please let us know if you are allergic to pets and we will ensure your stay in a non-pet-friendly suite.
Other Policy
All lodging reservations at Caribou Highlands Lodge are subject to an additional Resort Service Charge (10%) and a Regional Tax/Fee (4%) at the time of purchase. All lodging reservations are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Applicable taxes and fees are not included in the room rates.
