General Policy

Check In: 4:30 PM – Ask about our mobile check-in options! The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old and proof of identity is required. Check Out: 11:00 AM Guests of Lutsen Mountains are able to have their lift tickets printed at the Lodging Reservation Desk. Parking: All units are provided with one (1) parking space. For additional parking, guests are asked to park in the overflow lots along the resort property. Housekeeping Services: To save on our environment, here at Lutsen Mountains, we offer Trash and Towel service by request. Additional items can be requested by calling or texting 218-306-7043. The washing of dishes is not included in any of our housekeeping options. Pet Policy: Dog-friendly reservations are accepted between May – October. Units are limited. To reserve a pet-friendly unit, please call 800.360.7666 to finalize stay. Unit types include Trailside Studio, One-Bedroom Condo, Elite Condo, and Two Bedroom Condo only. There is a non-refundable $30 per night charge for up to two (2) dogs that will be applied at check-in. Dog reservations require a completed Resort Pet Agreement. Dogs must be leashed at all times during the visit, and with the owner. Dogs may not be left in a unit unattended at any time. If a pet is found in a unit without notice, the card on file will be charged a minimum of $200+tax for the infraction of the policy. Dogs are prohibited from entering food service areas. During the winter season, Lutsen Mountains does not allow pets. Smoking: For the comfort of our guests and staff, all units at Eagle Ridge Resort are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted anywhere outdoors on the property, please use ashtrays. Guests that have been found to be smoking in guest units will be charged a minimum of $150 for cleaning and deodorizing. All lodging reservations at Lutsen Mountains are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%), Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%), and a Regional Lodging Tax (4%) at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are not included in the advertised room rates.

Written Cancellation Policy

Lodging reservations are tied to the dates selected. Reservations may be changed or refunded if requested at least 30 days before arrival (by 5:00 PM) by calling 218-663-7281. Within 30 days of arrival, all orders are final and are not refundable, creditable, or transferable. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.

Written Deposit Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Pets Policy

Pet reservations are accepted between May - October. To reserve a pet-friendly unit, please call our Front Desk at 800.360.7666. Unit types include a limited selection of Fireplace Studios and Two Bedroom Condos. There is a $30 per reservation charge for one pet, $50 for two pets. No more than two pets can be registered in the same room. Pet reservations require a completed Terms and Conditions, pets cannot be left in the unit unattended. Birds are not allowed. During the winter season, Eagle Ridge Resort does not allow pets. If a pet is found in a unit, the card on file will be charged a minimum of $200 + tax for the infraction of the policy.

Other Policy

All lodging reservations at Eagle Ridge Resort are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%), Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%) and a Regional Lodging Tax (4%) at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are not included in advertised room rates.
