Stowe Vacation Rentals - formerly known as The Inn at the Mountain & Condominiums, are nestled in a beautiful mountain setting. Most units are conveniently located within walking distance to the Toll House Double Chairlift* which provides access to the legendary trails of the Resort. The condominium, townhouse, and cottage units range in size from 1-5 bedrooms and each offer a spacious and inviting living area with a gas or wood fireplace, private ski storage, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer & dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, and optional a la carte daily housekeeping service. They are ideal for enjoying the comforts of home while experiencing Stowe Mountain Resort. The condos and townhouses are located just off the Mountain Road near the complimentary town shuttle route, two miles from the main base area of the Resort, and a short distance from many contemporary and classic dining options. (*Please note - This lift is weather dependent; there is no snow-making in this area.) Winter is missed when it's gone, but the Resort's Summer and Fall activities are exciting and plentiful and include ZipTour and TreeTop Adventures, Mt. Mansfield Auto Toll Road, Gondola SkyRide, Golf, Tennis, Hiking, shopping and more.

General Policy
For stays of 5 or more nights, an additional mid-stay cleaning will be provided complimentary.
Written Cancellation Policy
All reservations require 2 night deposit at time of booking. (One night reservations only require a 1 night deposit)• For travel April 14 - December 19, 2019 deposit is refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. For travel December 20, 2019 - January 1, 2020 and February 14 - February 23, 2020 . Reservations require full prepayment 45 days in advance and is non refundable 45 days prior to arrival. For travel January 2, 2020 - April 19, 2020 deposit is refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. **Vail 96 Hour Sale requires full pre-payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable/non-changeable.

The remainder of the room and tax for your stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations made inside 14 days of arrival will be paid in full and non-refundable. **Vail 96 Hour Sale requires full pre-payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable/non-changeable. Holiday Reservations: A two night deposit for room and tax is required for all reservations at the moment of booking. The remainder of the room and tax for your holiday stay will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. Cancel 45 days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties. Reservations made inside 45 days of arrival will be paid in full and non-refundable. 2019-2020 Holiday Dates include: 12/20/19-1/1/20 02/14/20-02/22/20 12/18/20-1/02/21 Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

Strict no pet policy - There will be significant penalties assessed if any pets are brought into a rental unit. Please plan accordingly.

Please note reservations made online are not fully confirmed until deposit has been charged to your credit card. There is a delay in updates to availability for the online reservations system. In the event the unit you attempted to reserve is no longer available for the dates you have requested, you will be contacted as soon as your request is received and alternate options and pricing will be provided to you. We do not make all of our inventory available on-line. Please contact us directly at 1-844-463-5164 if you do not find the dates or accommodations you would like.
