General Policy

<b>April Construction Update: The Lodge at Spruce Peak outdoor pool will be closed April 6-20 for repairs. Alternative pool options will be available. We apologize for this inconvenience.</b> <br> <br>A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided. <br><br>Resort Fee includes the following: Access to our extensive Fitness Center with Peloton bikes; access to Golf/Bike Valet Services (seasonal); Vermont Artisan Coffee Service at The Beanery; seasonal activities and hikes by Spruce Peak Outfitters; access to Game Room; access to book rounds at our members-only Mountain Course at Spruce Peak (at additional cost); 10% off non-alcoholic items at The Pantry; in-room Vermont Artisan Coffee. Also included in your stay: Use of outdoor, four-season heated pool and hot tubs; 24-hour access to our business center; complimentary WiFi; complimentary ski valet.<br>The Lodge at Spruce Peak offers valet parking for guests and visitors at a nightly cost of $35 per vehicle. <br>

Most promotions have NON-REFUNDABLE policies (see below for details).<br><br> <b>EARLY BIRD WINTER SAVINGS, WINTER GETAWAY SALE, BLACK FRIDAY SALE, NEW YEAR GREAT SAVINGS, STAY LONGER SAVE MORE</b>: Reservations booked with these promotions are <u>non-refundable</u> and <u>non-changeable</u>.<br><br> For reservations booked <i>without</i> a promotion listed above, the policy that applies will be determined by your travel dates. For travel dates that overlap multiple periods, the stricter policy applies. <br><br> <b>REGULAR SEASON*</b>: Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled 13 or less days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the reservation amount and will be refunded the remainder.<br> *Travel dates containing 1/19/26 - 2/12/26, 2/21/26 - 4/4/26, 1/3/27 - 1/14/27, 1/18/27 - 2/11/27, 2/20/27 - 4/3/27<br><br> <b>PEAK PERIODS**</b>: Reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee.
