Policies

General Policy
<br>A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
Written Cancellation Policy
<br>Please read through the full cancellation policy to determine which policy applies to your travel dates. For travel dates that overlap multiple periods, the stricter policy applies. If your travel dates are not listed as a Peak Period, the Regular Season policy applies. <br> <b>REGULAR SEASON</b>: Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 13 days of arrival will forfeit the cost of the first-night’s stay and will be refunded the remainder. <br> <b>PEAK PERIODS*</b>: Reservations cancelled prior to November 1st will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled between November 1st and November 30th will forfeit the cost of the first-night’s stay and will be refunded the remainder. Reservations cancelled after November 30th will forfeit the full reservation amount. <br> *Travel dates containing any nights between December 26th and January 1st

<br>The full cost of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Main Lodge check in time begins at 3:00 P.M.
Check Out
Main Lodge check out time is 11:00am.
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed in select guestrooms and reservations may only be booked by contacting our reservations department directly at 800-826-7000.
Other Policy
Children 12 and under stay free in a room with parents. Additional adults over double occupancy are an additional $25 per adult per night.
Children
Children 12 and under may stay in a room (accompanied by an adult) at no additional charge based on available bed space. Persons ages 13 and older are considered as adults.
