Policies

General Policy

A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided. All Bluebird and Lark hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

Written Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% fee to cover processing costs incurred by Stowe Area Association. <br> Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of their reservation amount and will be refunded the remainder.<br>

Written Deposit Policy

The full cost of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Check In

Check-in is available after 4 pm. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the property.

Check Out

Check-out time is 11 am.

Pets Policy

Lark Hotels is happy to offer dog-friendly lodging at many of our properties! Dogs are the only pets allowed and we can only accommodate dogs under 70 lbs. with a maximum of 2 allowed per room. A pet fee of $50 per dog per night will be added to your room charges. Additional dog policy details:<br> • Reservations with a dog must be booked over the phone by calling (800) 467-8693.<br> • While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, pets are never permitted in interior public spaces—they are permitted only in our exterior common areas, and only while on leash.<br> • Pets must never be left in guest rooms alone.<br> • Dogs are never allowed in property pools, pool deck areas, or indoor restaurants.<br> • If unregistered dogs are discovered in rooms, or if a pet causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room, a charge of $250.00 per night will be added to the guest's credit card on file.<br>

<b>CHECK-IN MINIMUM AGE</b><br> Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at all Lark Hotel properties.<br> <b>ROOM OCCUPANCIES & ADDITIONAL PERSONS</b><br> Most of our rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted on the property FAQ page and in room descriptions. Extra guests (where they can be accommodated in rooms with extra beds or pull-outs) will be charged an additional fee of $50 per person per night, including children and infants. Please see the property's FAQ page for specific details on occupancy restrictions and additional persons policy.<br> <b>HOUSEKEEPING</b><br> We offer a daily light touch housekeeping service of your room. For guests staying with us longer than three nights, we will provide a full service housekeeping of your room after the third night of your stay. Should you be in need of anything specific during your stay with us, please feel welcome to text or let one of our Guest Experience team members know.<br> <b>LARK HOTELS ARE NON-SMOKING</b><br> All Lark Hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.<br> <b>GUEST RESPONSIBILITY</b><br> While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence.
