Policies

General Policy
<br>A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of their reservation amount and will be refunded the remainder.
Written Deposit Policy
<br>The full cost of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
Check In
Check-in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM. Please advise if your arrival time is different.
Check Out
Check out time is 10 AM.
