Hot and cold cereal assortment. Baked items include a variety of bagels, breads, muffins, pastries. Other items include fresh fruit, yogurts and hard boiled eggs. Policies

General Policy
A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
Written Cancellation Policy
Please read through the full cancellation policy to determine which policy applies to your reservation. For travel dates that overlap multiple periods, the stricter policy applies. <br> <b>FOR TRAVEL DECEMBER 1 – MARCH 31</b>: Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to the 3pm hotel check-in time on their arrival date will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of the 3pm hotel check-in time on their arrival date will forfeit the full reservation amount. <br> <b>FOR TRAVEL APRIL 1 – NOVEMBER 30</b>: Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to the 3pm hotel check-in time on their arrival date will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of the 3pm hotel check-in time on their arrival date will forfeit the full reservation amount. <br> <b>ADVANCED PURCHASE 20% OFF</b>: Reservations booked with this promotion are non-refundable.<br> <b>SUMMER ESCAPE SALE</b>: Reservations booked with this promotion are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Written Deposit Policy
The full cost of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
Check In
Arrival for guestrooms is guaranteed after 3:00 p.m., townhouses after 4:00 p.m.
Check Out
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage is available if you wish to remain in Stowe or on Stoweflake property on your day of departure.
Pets Policy
The Sport Club rooms in our Main Hotel and a limited number of our Townhouses are dog-friendly. You can bring up to two pooches to stay with you, for a fee of $40 (plus tax) per pet per day, which is charged at check-in. NOTE: Dog-friendly townhouses are very limited and MUST be booked with a reservationist in advance by calling (800) 467-8693
Other Policy
<i>Spa Appointments</i>: We recommend that you schedule your spa/salon appointments at least one week in advance. We require a major credit card or a resort confirmation number and telephone number to confirm your appointment.
Children
Children 12 and under stay free in the same guestroom with a paying adult.
