General Policy
A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.
Written Cancellation Policy
<br>Please read through the full cancellation policy to determine which policy applies to your travel dates. For travel dates that overlap multiple periods, the stricter policy applies. If your travel dates are not listed as a Peak Period, the Regular Season policy applies. <br> <b>REGULAR SEASON</b>: Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival will forfeit the cost of a one-night stay and will be refunded the remainder. <br> <b>PEAK PERIODS*</b>: Reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of their reservation amount and will be refunded the remainder. <br> *Travel dates containing 12/23/23 - 1/1/24, 1/12/24 - 1/14/24, 2/16/24 - 2/24/24, 12/23/24 - 1/4/25<br>

Check-in time is 4:00pm or anytime after. Our desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and late arrival is guaranteed.
