Policies

General Policy
After completing your online reservation, you will be contacted by Drip Castle Estate Collection to review and sign a lodging agreement for your stay and collect payment. Reservations are not confirmed or guaranteed until the lodging agreement has been signed and the deposit has been paid.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservation is non-refundable, unless written notice is given to owners at least 90 days in advance and at owner's discretion.
Written Deposit Policy
Upon making a reservation, you will be contacted by Drip Castle Estate Collection the following business day to confirm your reservation, sign a lodging agreement, and select your preferred payment method (credit card, ACH bank transfer, check, wire, etc.). The credit card you enter while making your reservation online does not necessarily need to be the payment method you use, and you will not be charged until your agreement is signed and you have indicated how you wish to pay for your reservation.
