Policies

General Policy

<br>A valid credit card or debit card will be required for all reservations and must be presented at check-in, along with a government issued ID, to verify a customer’s identity and for incidentals incurred throughout the stay. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date or depart before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided. All Bluebird and Lark hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

Written Cancellation Policy

<br>Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a 5% fee to cover processing costs incurred by Stowe Area Association. <br> Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of their reservation amount and will be refunded the remainder.

Written Deposit Policy

<br>The full cost of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Check In

Check-in is between 4 pm and 9 pm. If you'll be arriving past 7 pm, please call the hotel to let us know.

Check Out

Check-out time is at 11 am.

Pets Policy

We offer 7 dog-friendly rooms (in the Mountainview Deluxe Double Queen category) that all offer exterior entrances. If you are traveling with your canine friend, please call the hotel directly to make your reservation. There is a pet charge of $35 per dog per day (no more than 2 dogs, and limited to 70 pounds each). Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed, they must never be left in a guest room alone, and are welcome only on our porches and exterior common areas of the hotel, and only while on leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces. As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.

Other Policy

<b>Rates</b>: Rates as shown or quoted over the phone are based on per night double occupancy and are subject to the applicable state and/or local lodging tax.<br> <b>Check-in Minimum Age</b>: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at all Bluebird by Lark properties.<br> <b>Additional Persons</b>: All rooms with a single Queen or King bed are priced at—and can not exceed—2-person occupancy (children and infants included). Rooms with two (2) Queen or two (2) King beds, or other specialty configurations are priced for 4-person occupancy.<br> Suites with one bed and a pull-out may be available at some Bluebird properties, which are priced at 2-person occupancy and may accommodate one to two additional persons, subject to a $35 per person, per night rate increase. Children and infants do qualify as guests.<br> <b>Housekeeping</b>: Bluebird by Lark Hotels offer our guests a daily light touch housekeeping service of their room. Full-service housekeeping of your room is always available upon request.<br> <b>Non-Smoking</b>:All Bluebird and Lark hotels are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property. <br> <b>Guest Responsibility</b>: While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
