Written Cancellation Policy
December 1 to April 15: Cancellation: You must notify us more than 14 days before the expected date of your arrival otherwise 50% of the stay will be charged. April 16 to November 30: Cancellation: you must cancel more than 48 hours before the expected date of your arrival otherwise 50% of the stay costs will be charged to you.
Written Deposit Policy
December 1 to April 15 Deposit taken at the time of booking: The equivalent of the first night. April 16 to November 30 NO Deposit taken at time of booking.
