General Policy
Towel service FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REASON TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE COTTAGE Upon arrival on the Versant, you must wear a bracelet that will be provided at the reception. Wearing the bracelet will give you access to various services such as: swimming pool, spa, sauna, shuttle, ice skating and snowshoeing trails.
Written Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non refundable. If the cottage is re-rented for the same terms and rates, the deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the entire reservation before taxes.
Written Deposit Policy
A deposit of FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the total rental cost including rent, fees and taxes is required for all reservations. Also this contract must be signed and initialed where indicated and return it as soon as possible. The outstanding balance will be charged on your credit card TEN (10) days before the date of your stay.

Pets Policy
It is strictly forbidden to have animals in the chalets, under any circumstances. A fine of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($ 250.00) will apply, without notice. The guide dogs are allowed if arrangements have been made ​​at the time of booking.
Other Policy
A security deposit of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 500.00) charged to a credit card during your stay. This security deposit will be refunded within SEVEN (7) days after the date of the stay under certain conditions: The cottage must be left in good order and without damage and the keys must be returned to reception on departure.
