Written Cancellation Policy
Snowmass WINTER (November 28 - April 19, 2020, November 26, 2020 - April 18, 2021): If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit 10% of lodging. If reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies. Deposit and Cancellation Policies may vary for special events and Holidays. Please speak to a reservations agent for details. Snowmass SUMMER (April 23, 2019 - November 27, 2019, April 19 - Nov 25, 2020): If reservation is cancelled outside of 7 days prior to arrival guest will forfeit 10% of lodging. If reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies. Inn at Aspen WINTER (December 6, 2019 - April 12, 2020 and Dec 11 - April 11, 2021): If reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation penalties apply. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies regardless of reason of cancellation. Inn at Aspen SUMMER (April 15, 2019 - December 5, 2019 and April 13 - December 10, 2020: If reservation is cancelled outside of 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation penalties apply. If reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies regardless of reason of cancellation.
Written Deposit Policy
WINTER: 50% due at time of booking. Snowmass: Full remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior to arrival for Holiday arrivals. Inn at Aspen: Full remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. SUMMER: 50% due at time of booking. Snowmass and Inn at Aspen: Full remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
