Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Ski Season If cancelled outside of 30 days prior to arrival, a refund less one night's room and tax. If cancelled inside 30 days of arrival, full deposit is nonrefundable. Summer Season- If cancelled outside of 14-days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund . If cancelled inside 14 days of arrival full deposit is nonrefundable. Festival Policy: Bluegrass, July 4,5,6, Film Festival, and Blues and Brews. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 21-days of arrival, full deposit is forfeited. If cancelled outside of 21-days prior to arrival, a refund less one night's room and tax will be processed
Written Deposit Policy
Deposit policy is 50% of total room and tax upon booking. Second 50% due either 30-days or 14 days prior to arrival depending on seasonality
Check In
Check in is at 4 pm. Check in location is at Mountain Lodge, 457 Mountain Village Blvd. in Mountain Village. FRONT DESK HOURS: 24 hours during summer and winter seasons. During shoulder season, we operate from 7:00am to 7:00pm
Check Out
Check out is at 11 am.
Pets Policy
$50.00 non refundable pet deposit per day up to a maximum of $150.00 per week. 2 pets maximum. Pets may not be left alone in the unit.
Other Policy
Mountain Lodge offers limited onsite valet parking at $35 per night. A large satellite Mountain Village paid parking facility is also conveniently located next to the property within a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride away, or via our valet service.” The View restaurant closes during shoulder seasons (early April late may and mid Oct - Late Nov. Call hotel for exact opening and closing dates.
