General Policy
Must be 18 years of age to check-in to resort without parental guardian. Resort Fee: $25/night. Fee will be collected by hotel at check-out and includes the following amenities: Aspen/Pitkin County (ASE) Airport Transfers Self-Parking Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet Self-parking included in the resort fee as described above. Connecting fee: $25 per night per room. $50 per night total. Fee will be collected by hotel at check-out.
Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Cancellations made 15+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Any cancellation made within 14-days of arrival forfeits 100% of the deposits made. HOLIDAY (December 26, 2022 - January 7, 2023 ; February 17-25, 2023 ; March 10-18, 2023):Cancellations made 31+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Any cancellation made within 30-days of arrival forfeits 100% of the deposits made. SUMMER (Current-November 22, 2022): Cancellations made 8+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Any cancellation made within 7-days of arrival forfeits 100% of the deposits made.

WINTER: A deposit of 1-night room + tax is due at time of booking, with balance due 14-days prior to arrival. HOLIDAY (December 26, 2022 - January 7, 2023 ; February 17-25, 2023 ; March 10-18, 2023): A deposit equal to 1-night room + tax is due at time of booking with balance due 30-days prior to arrival. SUMMER (Current-November 22, 2022): A deposit of 1-night room + tax is due at time of booking with balance due 7-days prior to arrival.
