With easy access to the slopes, dining, shopping and nightlife, the resort is currently undergoing a $50 million renovation from top to bottom for an elevated yet comfortable mountain resort experience where guests make lasting memories together. Renovations include: re-imagined Lobby Bar & Lounge, expanded outdoor deck spaces, new signature dining venue, expanded spa facilities, ski valet, refreshed conference spaces and additional suite accommodations.

Policies

General Policy
Must be 18 years of age to check-in to resort without parental guardian. Resort Fee: $50/night. Fee will be collected by hotel at check-out and includes the following amenities: Aspen/Pitkin County (ASE) Airport Transfers Local Shuttles with service to Buttermilk Ski/Bike Valet Sunrise Yoga Classes Curated Snowshoe/Hiking Trails with loaner equipment provided (1) Refillable Water Flask to use at filling stations throughout the resort Hot Chocolate/Cider or Juice/Smoothie Bar Self-Parking Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet Access to Fitness Studio Parking: Winter: $50/day valet; Self-parking included in the resort fee as described above. Connecting Rooms: Connecting rooms can be guaranteed at time of booking, based on availability. Rooms can only be connected in same room category.
Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Cancellations made 31+ days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Any cancellation made within 30-days of arrival forfeits 100% of the deposits made. SUMMER: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Any cancellation made within 7-days of arrival forfeits 100% of the deposits made.
