General Policy
Airport Shuttles are by reservation and must be scheduled 72 hours prior to arrival date due to COVID kindly email concierge@snowmassmountainlodging.com or call 970-924-6000 to schedule airport transportation provided to and from the Aspen Airport. Additional Housekeeping services will be available at an additional charge and to be paid separately to the property, kindly email snowmassconcierge@eastwest.com at time of booking or 14 days prior to arrival date. This is based upon availability.
Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER POLICIES 2023-2024 <p> November 20, 2023 – April 19, 2024 5% deposit is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable at that time. Final payment is due 14 days (30 days for holiday season 12/20/2023-1/1/2024) prior to arrival, at which time the stay is nonrefundable. </p> SPRING/SUMMER/FALL POLICIES <p> April 20 – November 19 Summer Payment/Cancellation Policy 5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Final payment is due 2 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is nonrefundable. </p> WINTER POLICIES 2024-2025 <p> November 20, 2024 – April 15, 2025 10% deposit is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable at that time. Final payment is due 30 days (90 days for holiday season 12/20/2024-1/1/2025) prior to arrival, at which time the stay is nonrefundable. </p> Failure to receive payments on due dates will result in the cancellation of the reservation and previously. paid monies will be forfeited.

Pets Policy
Pets are not accepted in any of our condominiums.
Other Policy
Midweek Housekeeping is complimentary for stays 5+ nights or more. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost and must be scheduled 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Travel Ban or Closure Policy: Snowmass Mountain Lodging’s responsibility to our guests is to provide luxury residences and elevated hospitality services in iconic destinations. Snowmass Mountain Lodging is not responsible for a guest’s inability or decision not to travel due to travel bans outside of our Snowmass Mountain Lodging properties’ vacation destinations, quarantines, sickness, or the closure of ski resorts. It is the responsibility of the guest to monitor their ability to travel, and to manage their reservation accordingly. Snowmass Mountain Lodging will adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. The only instance in which a full refund will be warranted is in the case of a government ordered ban on short-term rentals in our Snowmass Mountain Lodging properties’ vacation destinations, prohibiting Snowmass Mountain Lodging from honoring a guest’s reservation.
