All of The Crestwood condominiums are individually owned and decorated and provide clean accommodations each with their own personal touch. Our standardized hotel bedding program provides guests with uniform sleeping experiences throughout the property. Each unit has a gas fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining seating, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. You will enjoy a private balcony with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating furniture. All of our condos also provide you with a bathroom for every bedroom. We also offer three levels of condominium ratings (Standard, Deluxe and Premier). Winter Season (11/27/24 – 4/21/2025) Cancellation: • **Worry Free Cancellation**up to October 1st 2024=Full refund of deposit paid. Starting October 2nd the following applies •Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival=10% loss of booking incl tax/service. •Guests are responsible for all nights booked inside of 30 days to arrival. •Cancel within 30 days subject to loss=100% of booking incl. tax/service. Holiday Season (12/22/24 – 12/31/24) Cancellation: • **Worry Free Cancellation**up to August 1st 2024=Full refund of deposit paid. Starting August 2nd the following applies •Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival=10% loss of booking incl tax/service. •Guests are responsible for all nights booked inside of 60 days to arrival. •Cancel within 60 days subject to loss=100% of booking incl tax/service.
