Winter Arrivals: Mid December - March A cancellation fee of 10% will be assessed on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 31 days prior to arrival or after. Off Peak Arrivals: April - Mid December A cancellation fee of 10% will be assessed on cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 4 days prior to arrival or after.
