Winter Arrivals: November-April A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 31 days prior to arrival or after. Summer Arrivals: May-October A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 4 days prior to arrival or after.

• Aspen Airport Transfers- All Aspen Airport transportation requires at least 48 hours notice. Please email our team at SnowmassConcierge@destinationhotels.com and include your name, cell phone number, number of guests and flight information (Flight number/dates/ETA) so that we can log your transfer. Additionally, please call 970 923 7087 once you have touched down, received your bags and are ready to be picked up. • Per Pitkin County Guidelines, shuttles will be limited to 7 total passengers (mixed households) • Due to passenger restrictions, please anticipate longer than usual wait times for transportation. o If you are not comfortable with wait times or mixed household transportation, we can you to book a taxi or private car and we can assist in that. • Per Pitkin County Guidelines, passengers ages 10 and up will be required to wear a mask/face shield. Passengers ages 2-10 will be encouraged to wear a face mask.
