This 33 room boutique hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood less than1 mile from the Steamboat ski area and resort village, an easy walk during the summer and fall. During ski season a private skier shuttle is provided to the ski area and downtown Steamboat Springs for shopping and dining. Recently remodeled hotel rooms, king suites and family suites offer comfortable beds, air conditioning, a mini fridge and coffee maker. Flat screen TV’s with Apple TV are in each room as well. Hot breakfast is offered every morning. Complimentary WiFi and outdoor parking is provided. On site there is an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 reservations) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for December 20, 2025 through January 3, 2026 reservations) are nonrefundable. SUMMER: Airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. ALL RESERVATIONS: Additions are allowed at any time prior to arrival, allowable changes resulting in a decrease in your reservation may be subject to a change fee. Changing properties is never an allowable change. If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties. Allowable changes may be assessed a $25 fee per change. All changes subject to availability, cancellation policies, and may affect package price and promotion. Taxes are subject to change. Airline tickets are always nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once ticket is purchased, name cannot be changed. Passenger is responsible for all change fees and/or fare increases associated with reservation changes. Preassigned seating is not guaranteed. We recommend passengers reconfirm their reservation directly with the airline 24 hours prior to travel. Additional restrictions may apply.
