**To pick up your tickets you must have the following items : • Ticket confirmation email • Voucher for ticket (included with confirmation email) • Valid photo ID • Original Credit Card used for purchase of tickets** ---------------------------------------------------------------- GOLF MAX - Cannot be refunded. - Expired and unused tickets: the prepaid value can be applied towards the purchase of a regular rate round. ---------------------------------------------------------------- SKI MAX - Non-refundable. - Expired and unused days: the prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price.
Written Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and full payment will be taken to secure the reservation. - The rates are based on starting date of the activity - Products must be purchased at least 2 days in advance.

HOW TO RETRIEVE MY SKIMAX LIFT TICKETS? (1) TICKET PRINTING KIOSKS: Within 24 hours prior to the date indicated on your tickets, you can print them at the exterior kiosks located near our ticket counters (Chalet des Voyageurs, Johannsen bottom south, Fourchette du Diable bottom north), using the QR code which will be sent to you in another e-mail. (2) MULTISERVICE CENTER: You can also retrieve your tickets at any of the ticket counters with your purchase confirmation e-mail. (3) DELIVERY for a fee. ------------------------------------------------------------- HOW TO RETRIEVE MY GOLF MAX TICKETS ? • Your electronic tickets with QR code will be sent to you by email directly after your purchase. Please present your electronic tickets directly at Le Diable or Le Géant pro shop.
