Written Cancellation Policy

THIS IS AN ITINERARY REQUEST AND NOT A RESERVATION. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED (WITHIN 1 TO 24 HOURS), YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION BY EMAIL FROM THE TREMBLANT ACTIVITY CENTRE AND THAT WILL INCLUDE THE DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR MEETING POINT AS WELL AS YOUR MEETING TIME. WE RECOMMEND BRINGING/RENTING A CAR IN MONTREAL IF YOU ARE COMING TO VISIT THE MONT-TREMBLANT AREA AND WANT TO GET AROUND EASILY. WE'RE IN A RURAL AREA SO TAXIS/RIDESHARE CAN BE LIMITED OR DELAYED IN HIGH SEASON. PLEASE CONTACT THE TREMBLANT ACTIVITY CENTRE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS FOR ACTIVITIES ARE TAKEN BY MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS when you are in contact with them, and by THE TREMBLANT ACTIVITY CENTRE when you make changes with them. -----PLEASE HAVE IN HAND THE RESERVATION FROM THE TREMBLANT ACTIVITY CENTRE WHEN YOU GO TO YOUR ACTIVITY----- Cancellation And Refund Policy - Cancellations made 2 days or less of the start date are non-refundable. - Cancellations or changes made 3 days or more of the start dates are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount. - The Tremblant Activity Centre reserves the right to cancel or change an activity without notice. In such case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

*Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for the activities are securely passed through to our partner, The Tremblant Activity Centre, who will fulfill your reservation. The initial payment will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. - A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. - Full payment will be taken at time of reservation. TAXES - Taxes will be included in the total amount of your vacation package. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RÉSERVATIONS THIS IS AN ITINERARY REQUEST AND NOT A RESERVATION. YOUR MEETING POINT MAY NOT BE AT THE ACTIVITY CENTRE. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION FROM THE TREMBLANT ACTIVITY CENTRE WITHIN 24 HOURS. We cannot and do not accept any liability in respect to faulty, unsatisfactory or non performance by any supplier/operator nor any claim for personal injury sustained, nor any other claim whether in contract or fault arising out of the provision of the experience by the supplier/operator. If any such claim arises, then our liability shall be limited to refunding the amount paid to us for the activity/service.

Ask if you are unsure or see https://www.tremblantactivities.com/what-to-wear/ - It is your responsibility to be at the meeting time in advance as indicated on your reservation. -We accept no responsibility for emails that we deliver to your email host that are not in turn delivered to your inbox or are removed by your spam filter. - Please note that most activities and reservations will require you to sign a recognition and acceptation of risks form. Certain activities including ATV Dune Buggy, Snowmobile tours, Jet Ski and Boat Rental will require drivers to show a automobile drivers license and leave a security deposit on a credit card.
