Written Cancellation Policy

SKI LIFT TICKET | FIRST TRACKS | SNOW SCHOOL* | WINTER EQUIPEMENT RENTALS | DINNER AT LE REFUGE | MAGIC CARPET | PINNACLE DAY | TRAVERSÉE NOCTURNE (RANDO ALPINE) | SIGHTSEE TICKET WINTER | PINNACLE DAYS | LUMINOSA • Refundable up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable or modifiable past this period. *SEASONAL PROGRAMS SNOW SCHOOL: • Can be reimbursed in full on credit card, without any fee, before the beginning of the program. • If the program is underway, the Participant must pay the courses already taken plus a penalty under the Consumer Protection Act. - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and full payment will be taken to secure the reservation. - The rates are based on starting date of the activity - Some products must be purchased at least 2 days or more prior arrival date.

Other Policy

**To pick up your tickets you must have the following items : • Ticket confirmation email • Voucher for ticket (included with confirmation email) • Valid photo ID • Original Credit Card used for purchase of tickets** Please note that if you are coming for the day, make sure you have enough time to find parking and to get to your activity. Also expect some road delays during the festivals, Ironman and Fall colours. See our events calendar. www.tremblant.ca/things-to-do/events _____ WINTER : HOW TO RETRIEVE MY LIFT TICKETS? (1) TICKET PRINTING KIOSKS: Within 24 hours prior to the date indicated on your tickets, you can print them at the exterior kiosks located near our ticket counters (Chalet des Voyageurs, Johannsen bottom south, Fourchette du Diable bottom north), using the QR code which will be sent to you in another e-mail. (2) MULTISERVICE CENTER: You can also retrieve your tickets at any of the ticket counters with your purchase confirmation e-mail. (3) LODGING: It is also possible to retrieve your tickets at your hotel or condo as long as all criteria is met: Tickets must have been purchased in one transaction along with lodging, on the Tremblant.ca website at least 72 hours prior to arrival. This includes Tremblant’s lodging partners: Les Suites Tremblant (Ermitage Du Lac, Lodge De La Montagne, Place St-Bernard (Johannsen and Deslauriers), Sommet des Neiges, Tour Des Voyageurs I et II), Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant, Le Westin Tremblant, Residence Inn by Marriott, Homewood Suites By Hilton, Fairmont Tremblant & Tremblant Elysium. *****EXCEPTIONS: group lift tickets cannot be retrieved at the ticket printing kiosks. Flash Lift ticket cannot be delivered at Hotels. Please present your electronic tickets directly at the activity. • If needed, you can also pick-up your ticket at our multiservice center. UNLIMITED SUMMER PANORAMIC GONDOLA PASS : • You can pick up your Unlimited Summer Panoramic Gondola Pass at our multiservice center. TONGA LUMINA • Your tickets will be sent to you by email 24h prior to day of the activity. Please have them available in a printed version or on your smart phone at the start of the activity. • If, for any reason, you don’t have your tickets with you, you must pick them up at the multiservice center. Please allow enough time to pick up your tickets, we will not be held responsible if you are late at the start because of waiting time at the ticket office. T-GOLF Delivery : • Your tickets will be sent to you by email directly after your purchase. Please present your electronic tickets directly at Le Diable or Le Géant pro shop.
