Activity Products such as event tickets, ski school, adventure, rentals, bike park tickets, etc. can be canceled with a full refund 4 days or more to your arrival date, at 3 days or less of your arrival date these products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. Unless a specific product states a different policy *BALLHOOTER Tickets are NON-refundable and must be assigned to a guest name at check out. If you need to change the names attached to your tickets, you may do so until Wednesday, September 2nd. Please call our call center at 877-441-4386 to facilitate a name change. *Gift card sales are final and non-refundable. *The Summer Fun Season Pass is non-refundable once it has been fulfilled. *The Flex 3 Pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable. • Winter Online lift tickets and Ticket Deals are fully refundable and changeable up to 14 days from product date. Within 14 days of product date, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Lift tickets are non-transferable and valid only on product dates purchased. Insurance may be purchased on this product.
