Policies

General Policy
• One (1) underground parking stall is available per unit. Please park additional vehicles in the above ground parking lot • To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we maintain smoke/vape (tobacco & cannabis) and pet free common areas and rooms (including balconies). Violations will result in a min $250 charge • Front Desk is staffed 24/7 Please call security for any emergencies outside of this time – 250 423 9086 • External doors lock between 10pm – 7am, remember your key card if you leave your building
Written Cancellation Policy
There is no charge if your reservation is cancelled or modified more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrivals, or in case of no show, the total stay will be charged. Your credit card will be charged for the entire stay on the day of arrival.
Written Deposit Policy
Full payment for your reservation will be taken on day of arrival using the credit card provided at time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check in for incidental charges (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Ski lockers are available and are located in the main lodge. Bring your own lock to use our bike racks on the wall.
