General Policy
Complete packages available. Full payment required for arrivals 30 days or less prior to arrival. Trip insurance may be obtained anytime prior to payments in full and is non-refundable.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the lodging portion of this reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival will result in $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture. Change of physical lodging property once deposit is paid will be handled as a cancellation. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Written Deposit Policy
Reservations made for arrival more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 35% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. Reservations for arrivals less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. Airfare, rail tickets and insurance premiums are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time
