General Policy

Registration and check out is located at the Inn at the Peak Front Desk located at 1405 Olde Road, Clymer NY 14724. • Maximum occupancy is based on individual unit setup and is not to be exceeded. • Must be 21 years of age to rent. ID may be requested upon check in. • All condos are smoke free. Violators will be fined up to $500. • Damage to a unit as reported from departure inspection will be the responsibility of the renter. • $300 Security deposit will be required upon check in. •All condo units are subject to a cleaning fee.

Written Cancellation Policy

You may cancel 21 days prior to arrival date to receive refund less a $35 Cancellation Fee. Once you are within 21 days of the arrival your advanced deposit per room is non-refundable. Failure to arrive on the above date will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit per room & any subsequent nights will be canceled by the hotel without notice.

Written Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% of total lodging including taxes and fees is due at the time of booking. On the 21st day prior to arrival the credit card on file will be processed for the remaining balance due. Reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date are required to pay the full reservation amount at the time of booking. A valid credit card is due upon arrival and will be charged a security deposit of $300 for all condos and $500 for the Findley Lake House for damage or excessive cleaning. The fee will be refunded in 5 – 7 business after your departure.
