Policies

General Policy
Our Family Commitment: Always Grand Vacations. We are a family owned and operated business and we want our guests to feel like they are a part of our family. The guest, or the immediate family, must be at least 21 years or older in order to check-in. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a pet-free resort, allowing dogs only for owners staying at the property. Written Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel or downgrade their reservation and receive a refund up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable unless travel insurance was purchased in advance.
Written Deposit Policy
The Full balance of lodging is collected at the time of booking.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival..
Check Out
Check out is by 10am on the check out date.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed for guests at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, although owners can bring pets so there may be some pets on property.
Other Policy
Please request ADA accessible rooms if needed. PARKING: The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers limited parking, all heated and underground. Guests renting Suites or 1 bedroom condos may use one parking space. Guests renting 2 bedroom condos may use two parking spaces. Guest renting 3 bedrooms may use three parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the off-site Town parking for a per day fee. ROOM NUMBERS: Specific rooms are not guaranteed. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Your stay includes basic daily housekeeping services which consist of making the bed(s) with current linens and removing trash/recycling. Please note this does not include cleaning of the residence. Additional housekeeping services are available for a nominal fee during your stay. Please contact us at 877-453-4440 for more information on additional housekeeping services Maintenance: Our Properties do conduct routine maintenance to our amenities, generally in the time frames from Mid-April through May and October through Mid-November, please call your resort for more specific information
