General Policy
Our Family Commitment: Always Grand Vacations. We are a family owned and operated business and we want our guests to feel like they are a part of our family. For any packages including a a 120 minute preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property: The promotional rate is only available to a guest with the commitment of a 120 minute preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property. Only one lodging unit per guest can be purchased at the promotional rate regardless of online availability. However, additional lodging may be purchased at the full rack rate if available. Only two preview tour packages are available to groups traveling together. Additional packages may be purchased without a preview tour and at a different rate. One promotional gift is available per family every 12 months. Residents of Summit and Park Counties in Colorado are not eligible to receive this package. Guests must meet the following qualifications: have a household income of $90,000+ and own a home. If the guest is married, engaged, or in a cohabitating relationship, both guests must attend the preview tour together. If a guest takes advantage of the promotional rate and does not participate in the preview tour, then the guest will be charged the full rack rate of the lodging and/or activities. By participating, you consent to receive phone, text and email messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply stop to opt out at any time.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies will vary depending upon vacation package. For packages that include a 120 minute preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property, guests have 7 days to cancel from the time of the booking, as long as the booking is outside of 14 days for a full refund. Inside of 14 days, the entire stay is non-refundable. In addition, only two preview tour packages are available to groups traveling together. Additional packages may be purchased without a preview tour and at a different rate. One promotional gift is available per family every 12 months. For packages that do not include a 120 minute preview tour a Breckenridge Grand Vacations' property, guests have up to 14 days prior to arrival to cancel or downgrade and receive a refund. At 30 days prior to arrival the reservation is completely non-refundable unless travel insurance has been previously purchased.
Written Deposit Policy
The balance for lodging is collected at the time of booking.

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed at Grand Timber Lodge.
Other Policy
PARKING: Grand Timber Lodge offers limited parking, all heated and underground. Guests renting studios or 1 bedroom condos may use one parking space. Guests renting 2 or 3 bedroom condos may use two parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the off-site Town parking lots for the cost of $5 per day. ROOM NUMBERS: Specific rooms are not guaranteed. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Your stay includes basic daily housekeeping services which consist of making the bed(s) with current linens and removing trash/recycling. Please note this does not include cleaning of the residence. Additional housekeeping services are available for a nominal fee during your stay. Please contact us at 877-453-4440 for more information on additional housekeeping services Maintenance: Our Properties do conduct routine maintenance to our amenities, generally in the time frames from Mid-April through May and October through Mid-November, please call your resort for more specific information
