For those who prefer a condominium, townhouse or home, Holiday Valley Rental Properties provides one, two, and three bedroom fully furnished properties on the slopes and in the Ellicottville area. Guests of Holiday Valley Rental Management receive special pricing on Lift Tickets, Sky Flyer Coaster and Sky High Adventure Park. During Summer Months Holiday Valley Rental Management Guests receive discounted admission to The Resort Pool Complex at Holiday Valley. Advance Reservations are recommended. Holiday Valley represents the area's largest selection of rental properties. All accommodations have close and convenient access to Holiday Valley and the charming Village of Ellicottville. With over 200 privately owned condominiums, townhouses, chalets, country and village homes to choose from, our staff will accommodate you with the perfect place to feel at home during your visit. Some units do NOT offer Air Conditioning. Please call for unit details Check-in is anytime after 3pm Check out is anytime prior to 11am. Late Arrival keys will be brought to the Inn at Holiday Valley for pick up. The Tamarack Club and The Inn at Holiday Valley are separate entities from the Rental Management properties. The pools, hot tubs and fitness centers of the Tamarack Club and The Inn are exclusively for their respective registered guests

Policies

General Policy
Renters must be 21 years and older and must provide a valid credit card upon arrival. This credit card is held on file for damage security. All Rentals must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival, Credit Card on file will be automatically be charged for balance due. Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit is charged and a follow up email is received from Holiday Valley Rental Management
Written Cancellation Policy
PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE If you find it necessary to cancel/change dates please notify us immediately. Cancellations or date changes made with MORE than 72 hours advance notice will receive a Refund of your deposit less a $20 processing fee As of your arrival date you are responsible for all night's reserved
Written Deposit Policy
A deposit of 100% of your lodging is due upon booking for stays less than 7 days prior to your arrival date and for ALL ONE night stays. For stays of two or more nights a deposit of 50% is required upon booking unless within 7 days of arrival date then PAYMENT IN FULL is required. All Reservations must be paid in full 7 days prior to your arrival date.
