Written Cancellation Policy
PLAN WITH CONFIDENCE If you find it necessary to cancel/change dates please notify us immediately. Cancellations or date changes made with MORE than 72 hours advance notice will receive a Refund of your deposit less a $20 processing fee* *This policy does not apply to specified Non-Cancellable Offers/Promotions. As of your arrival date you are responsible for all night's reserved
Written Deposit Policy
A deposit of 100% of lodging is due upon booking for One (1) Night stays. A Deposit of 50% of lodging is due upon booking for Two or more nights.

Check in is any time after 4pm. Early check in are accommodated if room is ready prior to 4pm.
Check Out
Check out is anytime prior to 11am.

Inn at Holiday Valley Pet Policy There are a limited number of Resort Standard Rooms that are Pet/Dog friendly. These rooms must be reserved by calling 716-699-2345 ext. 6500.
