Policies

General Policy

A valid ID and credit card must be presented upon check-in for all incidentals. Parking is $45 per day per vehicle. Rollaway may be available for $100 per night.

Written Cancellation Policy

Summer (May - November) Cancel 7 days Prior to arrival for full refund. Cancel within 7 days of arrival forfeit one night deposit. No Shows will forfeit full amount of booking. Winter (December - April) Ski Season reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. For arrivals December 20th to January 2nd and February 12th to February 20th the remaining balance will automatically be charged 60 days before the arrival date. At this point, the reservation is non-refundable and cannot be modified without the full amount being forfeited. Cancellations made 61 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. For all other Ski Season arrival dates reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is charged in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. No Shows will forfeit full amount of booking. Some special rates, packages or promotions are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-moveable at the time of booking. Group reservations will have different cancellation policies. Please check the group description on your itinerary or call reservations. The Group cancellation policy supersedes our regular policies.

Some special rates, packages or promotions may require payment in full at the time of booking. Group reservations will have a different deposit policy. Please check the group description on your itinerary or call reservations. The Group deposit policies supersedes our regular policies.

Check In

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Should you arrive early and your unit is not available our bell staff will be able to hold any luggage until your unit is ready.

Pets Policy

Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind.
