Big Bear Manor Spai Cabins is located 1/4 mile from the village and 1/4 mile from the lake. All units have a jetted tub for two by the wood-burning fireplace. The interior of the cabins are done in knotty pine and rock. This lodging facility is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on premises.

General Policy
FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR RESERVATION, PAYMENT OR CHECK IN INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT BIG BEAR MANOR SPA CABINS AT 909-866-6800 Credit card holder must be 21, present at check-in with photo ID and credit card that was used to pay for the reservation. PLEASE NOTE: If you have more people in your party than (Our units only allow 2 people) confirmed in your reservation, you will be charged and asked to leave the facility. We reserve the right to cancel or unbook your reservation due to: invalid package selection, double bookings, mismatched names on the credit card and on the reservation name, incorrect rates, incorrect minimum requirement and age restrictions.
Written Cancellation Policy
- For Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival you shall forfeit 1/2 your total stay or 1 night's lodging, whichever is greater, and the $20.00 processing fee. -No refunds for early departure, late check-ins, a no show, weather conditions or road conditions.
Written Deposit Policy
Full payment will be authorized at the time of booking your accommodations. Half the amount will be charged upon booking depending on time of year.
Check In
-Check-in is at 3 PM. -Any holidays or special reservations will be checked in at 5 PM. An earlier time is N/A. -If you need to check-in after hours please call 909-866-6800 to speak BBM staff. -Check-In Address is 40393 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
Check Out
-Check-out is at 12 Noon. -Any holidays or special reservations will be checked out at 11 AM. A later time is N/A.
Pets Policy
In Cabins 10-13 one dog under 15 pounds are allowed with management approval.
Other Policy
Big Bear Lake Resort Association charges a $20.00 processing fee per reservation.
