General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy is that we reserve the right to keep the deposit of one night if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. We will be happy to issue a"rain check" good for two months
Written Deposit Policy
We charge one night at time of booking. The remainder of the balance due at check in.
Check In
-Check in time is at 3:00 PM, holidays being the same. -Check in location is at 40241 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. -The phone number for the check in location is 909-534-0792. The office is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. If you are arriving after that time please call the office to arrange an after hours check-in.

Check out time is at 11 AM, holidays being the same.
Pets Policy
Dogs are welcome. It is $45.00 per dog per stay. Emotional Support Dogs are also $45.00. Service dogs are free. Pet fees will be collected at check in. We provide litter bags on the property. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms. Dog policies will be signed at check in stating the guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
Children
All children are welcome, and will be counted as an occupant.
