General Policy
FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR RESERVATION, PAYMENT OR CHECK IN INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT BLACK FOREST LODGE AT 909-866-2166 Credit card holder must be 18, present at check-in with photo ID and credit card that was used to pay for the reservation. PLEASE NOTE: If you have more people in your party than confirmed in your reservation, you will be charged and asked to leave the facility.
Written Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 24 hours of reservation date. If the guest cancels less than 24 hours in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. If guest does not show up for the reservation check in date or for reservation at all, guest will not be refunded. No refunds on holidays and from 12/17/19 - 01/17/20.
Written Deposit Policy
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking and 50% if the reservation is made at least one month in advance. An additional 4% credit card processing fee will be added to the total of every reservation. Reservations made in advance for holidays and 11/15/19 thru 02/29/20 will be charged in full. If payment is declined, reservation will be cancelled.
Check In
Check in time is at 3:00 pm. Check in location is at 41121 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The minimum age guest must be to make a reservation and check-in is 18 years of age. From Los Angeles and Orange Counties take Interstate 10 East to the Running Springs Highway 210 exit in Redlands. Follow Highway 210 to Highway 330 to Highway 18. Alternative route from Interstate 10: Interstate 10 East to Orange Street North on Redlands. Follow signs to Highway 38. From San Diego County Interstate 15 North to Interstate 10 East and follow above directions. From the High Desert Interstate 15 to Victorville. Exit at Bear Valley Road East to Lucerne Valley. Right on Highway 18. From Las Vegas Interstate 15 South into Barstow. Take the 247-Big Bear exit to Lucerne Valley. Left on Highway 18.

Pets Policy
There is a $60.00 per pet fee that will be due at the time of check in. Breed restrictions apply.
