Policies

General Policy
Rates are in US dollars and per room per night, including continental breakfast. (with coffee & tea).
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival receive a full refund of all monies paid. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of payment is forfeited.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 31 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival then payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.
Check In
Check in is at 3PM.
Check Out
Check out is at 11AM.
Pets Policy
As a pet-friendly resort, we do welcome pet stays at the following rates: 1 pet- US $50 per night 2 pets- US $50 for the first one and US$25 for the second Maximum 2 animals per room
Other Policy
Itz'ana Resort & Residences is happy to offer a chocolate workshop, mixology class, and yoga for an additional cost. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests free of charge. Upon request, we are happy to offer the Chef's table and private beach dinner. On the weekends, we have pizza by the poolside. After scheduling your stay, the on-property team will be happy to add these to your stay.

Infant are considered up to 3 years old, child is considered age 4 to 11 years, and adults are considered age 12 years and above.
