Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
15 days or less prior to arrival, there is a penalty of $100 USD. 16 days or more prior to arrival, there is a penalty of $50 USD.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 31 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival then payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.

Pets Policy
Small dogs (toy breeds) are allowed and guests will be charged a set fee of $50 USD per pet.
