Policies

General Policy
Rates listed are for room only and do not include boat transfer ($400/couple round trip) or food and beverage packages (meal plan is $95/adult/day, drink plan is $65/adult/day). Please note that the boat transfer from Placencia leaves when all guests for the day have arrived, but not later than 3pm. The boat transfer lasts approximately 1 hour. After booking, the resort will reach out to you to book the boat transfer and meal plan, as well as any on-island adventures. All rates are for room only and are subject to 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival receive a full refund of all monies paid. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of payment is forfeited.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 31 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival then payment in full is required to confirm the reservation.
