General Policy
NON-SMOKING: Please note this is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of $500.00 USD will be charged if violated. TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Children traveling with only one parent require a notarized letter of authorization from the other parent indicating consent to travel. DOCUMENTATION: Passports are required for all travelers, including children. Passports must be valid beyond the length of stay. DISABILITIES: Please note all of the units are only accessible by stairs. If you have any disabilities that might hinder your ability to walk up stairs please let us know as soon as possible.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for cancellations made after that date will be refunded subject to penalty fees as shown below. 120 - 31 days = 100% of deposit forfeited 30 to 0 days = 100% of entire payment forfeited Please note that bookings over the weeks of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are subject to a 100% of deposit cancellation fee if cancelled less than 180 days from the arrival date. 50% of the forfeited deposit may be applied to future full-price bookings at Royal Belize if you make your future reservation within 30 days of cancellation.
Written Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. We will automatically take the payment out at 30 days. If the reservation is made within 30 days from the date of arrival, then payment in full is required upon confirmation of the reservation.

Other Policy
When booking your international flight, we recommend arriving to Belize City no later than 3:45 PM, as the last domestic flight on Maya Island or Tropic Air to Dangriga departs at 5:00 PM.
Children
Children are considered ages 12 and under. Children ages 5 and under stay and eat free with adult purchase of a meal plan.
