Policies

General Policy
NON-SMOKING: Please note this is a non-smoking hotel. A cleaning fee of $500.00 USD will be charged if violated. TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Children traveling with only one parent require a notarized letter of authorization from the other parent indicating consent to travel. DOCUMENTATION: Passports are required for all travelers, including children. Passports must be valid beyond the length of stay. DISABILITIES: Please note all of the units are only accessible by stairs. If you have any disabilities that might hinder your ability to walk up stairs please let us know as soon as possible.
Written Cancellation Policy
For stays before December 17th, 2021, reservations may be canceled or modified without penalty up to 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After January 3rd, 2022, reservations may be canceled or modified without penalty up to 15 days before arrival (excluding holiday dates). Holiday stays with arrival dates between 12/16/2021 - 1/3/2022 and 12/18/2022 - 1/6/2023 may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 91 days before arrival. Any reservation canceled or modified within the penalty window will forfeit 100% of payment. No refunds will be made if canceled during stay.

Other Policy
When booking your international flight, we recommend arriving to Belize City no later than 3:45 PM, as you may wish to take a domestic flight and the last flight on Maya Island or Tropic Air to Dangriga departs at 5:00 PM.
