Driving Directions: Gateway airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). From DIA take Pena Boulevard west to I-70 west. I-70 west to Exit #232, US Hwy 40. Northwest on USHwy 40 for 25 miles, over Berthoud Pass, to Winter Park. Snow Mountain Ranch is 15 miles west of Winter Park Resort on US Hwy 40.

Cancellation:SUMMER: Cancellation of the lodging portion of this reservation 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in $100 cancellation fee unless the reservation is under $100 then the reservation is non refundable once booked. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture. Booking fee is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property once deposit is paid will be handled as a cancellation. After final payment is made, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Airfare is non refundable once ticketed. Changes in airline reservations are subject to a $175.00 fee per change plus any increase in fare.

Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. Reservations for arrivals less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at time of booking. Airfare, rail tickets, lift tickets, lessons, equipment rentals and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time.
