General:Christmas and Regular season dates are December 23rd to January 4th, February 27th to March 7th & March 13 to 19, 2009.
Cancellation:In winter, regular season or Christmas, if a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less $100 administration fee or the deposit if less. Otherwise, if a cancellation is received less then 30 days before scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less the cost of one night or the deposit if less.
In winter, Economical season, if a cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee. Otherwise, if a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less the cost of one night or the deposit if less.
In summer, if a cancellation is received 48 hours or more prior to scheduled arrival, you receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee. If a cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you receive a full refund less the cost of one night or the deposit if less.
Deposit:A 25% deposit of the total amount is required for the reservation on a Visa or Mastercard.
