Cancellation:Winter reservation policy – for stays between December 1 and April 30:
You will be charged a penalty of $100.00 if you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival date. For reservations cancelled from 30 to 45 days before your arrival date, the 250.00$ deposit is the penalty. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival date.
For the Hollidays and the School Breaks:
No refund of any amounts already paid.
Summer reservation policy-for stays between May 1 and November 30:
Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 15 days before your arrival date.
Deposit:Winter reservation policy – for stays between December 1 and April 30:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $250.00 deposit per chalet. The outstanding balance is payable at least 30 days before your arrival date.
For the Hollydays and School Breaks:
You will automatically be charged the outstanding balance 45 days before your arrival date.
Summer season from May 1st to November 30th:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit per chalet. The outstanding balance is payable at least 15 days before your arrival date.

Other:Upon your arrival, we will require a security deposit taken on your credit card (if you do not have a credit card, a deposit of $1000 CAN in cash will be accepted) per chalet for any long distance calls or damage to the property or equipment.
