Sunshine Mountain Lodge, formerly known as the Sunshine Village Inn, can be found in a unique location, 7082 feet atop a 15 minute gondola system. This newly renovated lodge is Banff's only ski-in, ski-out accommodation. Once guests have been whisked up the gondola to their mountain retreat, various exciting amenities await them. The Sunshine Mountain Lodge offers guests a wide variety of activities and service including: dining for every palate, a lounge and games room, sauna and massage services, nightly activities, a large hot tub, and phenomenal views of the Canadian Rockies.

Driving Directions: The Calgary International Airport is Banff's closest airport. Exit the airport via Airport Road NE. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Barlow Trail North and then turn left onto Airport Trail NE. Follow Airport Trail until it turns left to head south on Deerfoot Trail NE (Provincial Highway 2 South) via the ramp on the left, towards downtown Calgary. Follow this road until exit 258 to merge onto Trans Canada Highway West (16 Avenue NW). The Trans Canada will head straight to Banff, going past the town of Canmore. Go past the town of Banff carrying on west on Highway 1 until you see a turnoff on the right for Sunshine Village (15 mins past Banff). Take this exit and go 8 km along the Sunshine road until you reach the ski hill.

Deposit is fully refundable up until 45 days prior to arrival, less an administrative fee of $15. Cancellation 45-16 days prior to arrival results in forfeit of deposit. Package is 100% non refundable for cancellations 15 days or less.
Any changes made to the package within 45 days are subject to a $15 administration fee.

Sunshine Mountain Lodge $$$ Policies
Check In:Upon arrival at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge, guests are asked to report to hotel check-in which can be found at the Gondola Base Area. Guests are asked to be at the Base Area Check-In by 5:00pm. Complementary premium parking is offered to all hotel guests, and can be upgraded to Valet parking at a one time rate of $25. After check-in procedures are complete guests are whisked up the gondola. It is highly suggested that all guests dress for winter, as this beautiful gondola ride takes between 15-20 minutes. Guests are asked to separate their luggage from their personal baggage, as equipment is stored separately through the hotel's Ski Valet service. Guest's luggage will be transported from the base of the mountain to their rooms by Sunshine Village staff. *Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted on the hotel site.
